Who can invest in structured investments?

All investors must be over the age of 18 and a resident of any country within the EMEA & APAC regions (Europe, Middle-East and Africa & Asia-Pacific). You must be self-certified as a High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor and able to accommodate a minimum investment level of £5000.

With no running costs, no admin fees, and no mortgage fees or stamp duty associated with structured investments, these represent an extremely low-maintenance investment opportunity. Thanks to our carefully selected options, there is also good potential for strong returns. The process is transparent with fixed-term returns that cannot fluctuate and a clear timeline for interest payments and capital repayments. With a range of exit strategies available to the property developers, this offers an added level of reassurance for investors.

You can either register via our website and one of our investment consultants will give you a call. Alternatively, if you’d like to find out more about the process before registration, please email or call us on +44 (0)203 911 5899 for a no-obligation chat with one of our specialist team.
